Rehab Warriors empowers banks, municipalities and institutions to revitalize community, remove neighborhood blight, and create workforce housing; while supporting military veterans with meaningful high earning post service careers as America’s Developer.

Rehab Warriors is America’s first and only standardized training programmatic accredited by the Department of Labor that provides a direct pathway to a career in affordable housing rehabbing, home building, and property development in America.

Hypothesis Tested

Can a workforce training program in residential development for military veterans increases the supply of affordable housing and provide better employment and social outcomes?

Increasing housing supply through an Integrated Education Program exclusively for Military Veterans as a post service career.

The Affordable Housing Crisis

Communities across America suffer from the lack of quality affordable housing and a surplus of dilapidated homes from an aging housing stock.

Unemployment in America

In May 2020, the veteran unemployment rate was 9.1%. Among the 284,000 unemployed veterans in 2019, 56 percent were ages 25 to 54, 39 percent were age 55 and over, and 5 percent were ages 18 to 24. As the country reopens and America retrains its workforce adjusting to a new normal, veterans will be disproportionately effected.

Lack of Standardized Training

No standardized training exists to support small business careers in affordable housing rehabbing, home building, and development in America.
